What a session is
A complete, gentle session, anywhere there is a quiet room.
- A full 40 to 60 minute Source Code session: connect, read, regulate, release, integrate.
- Fascia release with Meet · Melt · Move on the head, neck, diaphragm, pelvis and feet.
- Calming a nervous system that is stuck in fight-or-flight or shutdown.
- Gentle work with children, elderly people and anyone who cannot tolerate deep pressure.
- Tuning fork work on and off the body, where the practitioner holds the Tuning Forks certificate.
- Clear aftercare, and knowing when to refer you to a doctor.
What they do not do: diagnose, treat medical conditions, or use needles. If you have a medical condition, keep seeing your doctor as well.
