The course

Learn to read a body, calm a nervous system, and release what it holds.

A practitioner training built by a practitioner, with only what works. Three to four days of hands-on practical. You leave with the tools to start practising.

In short

The Source Code Method practitioner course is a three-to-four-day, hands-on fascia release and nervous-system training taught in person by Shenaaz Khan in Johannesburg for R25 000, including the manual, illustrations and certificate. Beginners and working practitioners both enrol, and students from any country are welcome.

3 to 4

days, hands on

One intensive practical. Small groups, on the table from the first morning.

1

method, many roots

Fascia first. The body's rhythms. Polyvagal safety. Somatic processing. Sound. Woven into one session flow.

1

certificate

What you learn

Five layers in one course. The body heals in layers too.

  1. 1
    Layer 1 · Foundation

    Fascia Integration

The foundation everyone starts with. Anatomy you can feel: the fascial layers and lines, the body's slow rhythms, the safety and grounding protocols. Listening touch at five grams. Meet · Melt · Move on the head, neck, diaphragm, pelvis and feet. The full 40 to 60 minute session flow, practised on each other every day. You leave able to give a complete, safe session.

  2. 2
    Layer 2

    Vagal Reset

The nervous system must feel safe before it releases anything. Reading the three autonomic states in a client in real time. Breath patterns, humming and voice, cold exposure, jaw and neck release, and co-regulation: how your own calm becomes the treatment.

  3. 3
    Layer 3

    Somatic Processing

Trauma lives in the body. Trauma-informed release that is gentle, paced and safe. The Inner Workshop intuitive listening practice. Holding space when emotion surfaces, without pushing and without flooding.

  4. 4
    Layer 4

    Vibrational Healing

Tuning forks on and off the body, biofield work, and the Source Code Sound Protocol inside the session flow. Tuning Forks certificate on completion.

  5. 5
    Layer 5 · Certification

    The Source Map

Pattern Reading from the hands, holistic assessment across the Five Source Paths, and building your full practice: intake, consent, scope, pricing, aftercare. Final assessment and the Source Code Practitioner Certification.

A standalone short course, Fascia Unwinding, is also taught for practitioners who want focused mastery in one modality. Ask about dates.

What a day looks like

Mornings for understanding. Afternoons on the table.

Every day runs the same rhythm. The morning opens with grounding and a short teaching: what the tissue is, what the hands are looking for, what the body does when it releases. Then the room turns into practice. You work on each other in pairs, Shenaaz moves between the tables, and you feel the difference between pressing and listening in your own hands.

Afternoons add the session flow: connect, read, regulate, release, integrate. By the last afternoon you give a full session, receive one, and talk through what you felt. You go home with the printed manual, the illustration set, and a small practice group that keeps you honest.

  • Groups are kept small so every student gets hands-on time with Shenaaz.
  • You practise on real people in the room, never only on paper.
  • Written and practical assessment at the end of the course.
  • The closed student community stays open to you for 12 months after your cohort.

The investment

Priced for a skill you keep for life.

  • The Source Code Method practitioner certificate
  • Refreshments daily
  • 12 months in the closed student community
  • You leave with the tools to start practising

A 10% deposit on signing the enrolment agreement secures your place; the balance is due before the cohort starts. If a cohort is cancelled, every cent is refunded within 14 days. Excludes travel, accommodation, indemnity insurance and your tuning fork set.

Why it is worth it

This is professional training, not a weekend workshop. You leave able to charge for sessions from the first week, and the skill earns for the rest of your life.

More than money: you stop feeling helpless when someone you love is in pain. That is what most students say they came for.

Working practitioners: this training sits alongside your existing qualification and insurance. Ask your insurer about cover for manual fascia work.

Students from anywhere

Train from any country.

Johannesburg is a direct flight from most of the world and the cohorts run over consecutive days, so a short trip covers a whole module. If travel is not possible, Shenaaz arranges online intensives for the teaching portions, with the hands-on practice supervised live over video and completed with a partner where you are. Travelling cohorts for groups of six or more are also arranged on request.

  • WhatsApp works from every country; that is how all bookings happen
  • Teaching in English; manuals in English
  • Fees in South African rand, quoted in your currency on request
  • Help with venues and accommodation near the training rooms

Questions

What students ask before enrolling.

Do I need a medical or massage background?

No. The course starts from the beginning: anatomy you can feel with your hands, the safety protocol, and the method itself. Working practitioners move faster, but complete beginners qualify too.

What can I actually do after the course?

Give a complete, safe 40 to 60 minute Source Code session: ground yourself and the client, read the tissue, calm the nervous system, release restrictions with Meet · Melt · Move, and integrate. Help with tension headaches, stiff necks and shoulders, restless children, stress held in the jaw and diaphragm, and the general feeling of a body that cannot settle.

What is not taught?

No needles, no diagnosis, no treatment of medical conditions, and no claims that this replaces medical care. The method is gentle manual and nervous-system work. Students sign a scope-of-practice statement and learn when to refer on.

How is the fee paid?

A 10% deposit on enrolment, the balance before the cohort starts, by bank transfer. Payment plans are discussed case by case over WhatsApp.

When is the next cohort?

Dates are set once a cohort fills (8 to 12 students). Register your interest on the book page and Shenaaz will WhatsApp you the dates personally, before they are announced anywhere else.

Is the certificate recognised?

It is a private certification in The Source Code Method, issued by its founder, showing you were trained and assessed in the method. It is not a medical or government qualification and does not permit diagnosing or treating medical conditions. Many students combine it with an existing registration.
