Founder and teacher
Shenaaz Khan
Practitioner, teacher, and quiet listener of the body. Shenaaz has spent decades mastering one art: how to be with a body so it feels safe enough to release what it has been holding.

Her story
Her journey has taken her through more than a dozen healing traditions: fascia release work and Structural Integration, lymph drainage technique and cupping, Reiki and energy work, sound and tuning forks, tapping, master-level NLP and transformational coaching, and the language of trauma through somatic release. Each one taught her something true. None of them, on its own, was the whole picture.
Out of that immersion a single thread emerged: a way of working with the body that is gentler, more coherent and more lasting than any single modality. The fascia as the terrain, the body's own rhythm as the compass, the nervous system as the gate, sound as a key, and purpose as the horizon. She calls it The Source Code Method.
Her philosophy
“We don't fix people. We help their bodies remember their original code.”Shenaaz Khan
Every body is born with a blueprint of health. Life events, birth, stress and trauma slowly overwrite it. Her work is not to add anything new, but to remove what is in the way. Through gentle touch, sustained presence and patient listening, she invites the body back to its own wisdom. The body leads. She follows.
How she works
In one-on-one sessions, Shenaaz draws from whatever the body is asking for that day. Sometimes it is fascia release work. Sometimes tapping or sound. Sometimes the silent presence of simply being there. Sessions run 60 to 90 minutes, by appointment, at Lenz Medical in Lenasia and NTN Centre in Lenasia South.
In her teaching, she trains other practitioners to do the same. The first Foundation cohort completed the course in 2026, and its practitioners are now working in the community. She keeps groups small, teaches with her hands on the table beside yours, and stays in touch with every practitioner she trained through the student community.
Why she teaches
Because the people who need this work are everywhere, and one pair of hands cannot reach them all. Because a mother who can calm her own child's nervous system changes that family. Because a nurse, a massage therapist or a coach who adds this to what they already do becomes the person their clients finally sleep after seeing. And because a skill that earns an honest living, with nothing but your hands, is worth passing on.
Where she practises
Two rooms in southern Johannesburg.
By appointment only. WhatsApp to confirm hours. Wear loose clothing, avoid a heavy meal before, and bring water for after.
“I prefer to keep things personal. Every booking comes through WhatsApp so I know who I'm seeing, and you know exactly who you're talking to.”Shenaaz
